Your Participant Center is your one-stop shop for all things related to your fundraising efforts. Only you have access to the Participant Center. Here, you can set your fundraising goal, send emails to your support network, track your progress, customize your personal page, personalize your page url and more. It is only accessible if you are logged in.

Can I direct donations for my page to a certain area?
Yes. When creating your page, you can choose from several options on a drop down menu or can choose “other” and write in where you want the funds allocated.

Who do I make checks payable to?
Make checks payable to Cleveland Clinic Children's. Also remember to include the name of the participant in the memo section of each check.

Are donations tax deductible and how do I get a receipt?
Yes, Cleveland Clinic Children's is part of Cleveland Clinic, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, tax-exempt organization designated by the Internal Revenue Code. When you contribute to Cleveland Clinic via check or money order, you will receive a charitable tax receipt in the mail. For online donations, you will automatically receive an email that serves as your receipt.

How does a company matching gift work?
Ask your donors to contact their HR department to see if they match Cleveland Clinic donations.  The employee will need to follow their company's process.   Most companies have an online matching system while others use paper forms.  The match will be credited as soon as we confirm that the underlying donation has been made.  The matching form should be sent in with the donation (if made by check) or receipt from online donation.  Donations that include matches should be sent to the Cleveland Clinic secure lockbox at:
