4th Annual Drive Out Cancer Golf Benefit

The Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center at Hillcrest Hospital invites you to support the Drive Out Cancer Golf Benefit on September 12, 2016 at Fowler’s Mill Golf Course in Chesterland, OH. Funds raised at the event benefit the Patient Assistance Fund, which provides vital services for our cancer patients and their caregivers, including transportation, medication assistance and educational resources.

There are many opportunities to contribute: as an event sponsor, corporate sponsor, hole sponsor, breakfast, lunch or dinner sponsor, foursome or individual golfer. We welcome your participation and look forward to spending the day golfing together. If you have any

Golf Tournament Information:

9:00am:    Registration/ Continental Breakfast

9:45am:    Welcome, Rules and Instructions

10:00am:  Shotgun Start

4:00pm:    End of Play

4:30pm:    Dinner and Prizes

The tournament will consist of a typical four-person scramble. Single players and two-somes will be matched up with other players to make a four-person team.
